COVID-19 & Travel Restrictions


For guests whose travel becomes affected by border closures due to Covid, will be offered a 100% refund or you will be able to transfer your deposit to future available dates. 


Public Health Authorities have advised that the best prevention of avoiding COVID-19 is via comprehensive cleaning, personal hygiene and social distancing. 

Taking this into account, we are leaving 24 hrs between reservations as well as following the recommended cleaning guidelines. In order to adhere to these guidelines we've included a cleaning fee to cover adequate time, products + laundering. 

We cannot guarantee a COVID-19 free space, however we are taking all precautions and keeping in touch with recent guests to ensure they have not been exposed to Covid-19 before, during or after their stay at Altamira Retreat.
